Saubermacher is awarded the "IIP" certificate

Investors in People is an internationally recognized quality standard for HR management with already over 40.000 certified companies worldwide. Thus, it is an interantional quality label on the basis of which staff training measures are assessed on an international level. This certificate is valid for three years; afterwards a reassessment has to be performed to obtain permission to carry on holding the statuf of "Investor in People". On Wednesday, November 15th, 2006, this pilot project was brought to a close in the House of Industry in Vienna in the framework of the solemn award of the certificate "Investor in People" (IIP).

Human Resources manager Markus Petz (right) and Birgit Magele gratefully accepted the award. the optimization of a success factor crucial for companies, namely the imporvement of the qualification of employees and managers, are the focus of attention of IIP.

The IIP standard is based on three simple principles:

1. Planning: An Investor in People develops effective strategies to improve the performance of the company through its employees.

2. Realization: An Investor in People takes effective measures to improve the performance of the company through its employees.

3. Evaluation: An Investor in People can explain the effects of his investments in employees on the performance of this company.
