Expansion in the regional field and the field of services

At the beginning of November, Saubermacher Hungary has acquired a 50% participation in two Hungarian companies in the region round the western Lake Balaton.


Zalai Huke from Zalaszentgot

On the one hand, there is Zalai Huke from Zalaszentgot, a waste transport and disposal company which is the market leader in this region both on the sector of communal and industrial as well as trade waste disposal. This has been an important step towards a modern and innovative waste management not only in the region of Lake Balaton but also for the regions round Nagykanizsa where Saubermacher Pannonia has been responsible for the disposal of waste for many years.


Zala Euro in Zalaegerzeg

On the other hand, there is the waste utilization company Zala Euro in Zalaegerzeg which concentrates on tailor-made solutions for large-scale business enterprises and utilizes the whole industrial waste of this upcoming region. Furthermore, the region shall become the center of waste utilization for the quantities collected by Saubermacher. With this step towards waste utilization Saubermacher has gained access to an - up to now non-accessible - market offering many possibilities for a sustainable development in the whole country. In view of the expansion and all previous activities in Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia, a new region has emerged on the Saubermacher-map that will develop to a considerable homogenous waste management region after the enlargement of the EU and the abolition of borders.
